As a Northeasterner, I am glad that this absolutely accurate reconting of history is being aired. Nehru and the Congress have almost finished our part of India but the fight has bedun.

Understanding MANIPUR is the key to understand Northeast. Associating 15th century or any date with Vaishnavism in Manipur is Britisher's input: TC Hodson & EA GAIT. Post 1960s anti HINDU academicians of the state made this input into a dogma. It is wrong in three counts: [a] it is not a FACT that a Manipuris themselves discovered. [b] whatever dates are associated with Manipur and Vaishnavism, Ras Leela cannot be conceptualised in this period [c] the Bishnupriya Manipuri jati doesn't agree with the labelling of dates with Manipur.
Christianity is the problem for the Northeast. It is an imported political ideology, ANTI-NATIVE, ANTI-HUMANITY.
The colonial British have really caused so much mischief, damage and distress in the social environment of all of India in their pursuit of naked greed for power over other peoples.

I lived in Shillong, Meghalaya for 4 years 1980 to84.A movement Sang Khasi to resist conversions was led by an ex IAS ex Christian .They had little support of Canvass kalyan Ashram but money was a constraint. I have worked to help them. Now I don't know anything

I feel sad for our bros and sis in north east India I wish they deserve to continue following their tribal believes and culture and not follow any specific religion specially converting into a faith thats not from your ancestors. As a Born Hindu, I must tell you that Hinduism is the only organized religion. Chatur-varna is a example of this, Varna means qualities, and Missionaries interpreted it, though pseudo that its cast.... Eg: Valmiki, Rishi Jabalika, Rishi Vishwakarma are some good examples. Only condition is, Your Qualities should be permanent and not selective to suite your Varna from time to time in the society.....
The indian government and people failed the amazing fighters and proud sanatani people of the north east...😑

Ask modi to reopen NE for ordinary Hindus and Repel art 371 From Nagaland and meghalaya . Lol his party is in hand in gloves with the church and their political allies . For how many damn days you'll be blaming bygone eras of nehru and Gandhi . Act now .
NE was divided by tribes christanity unified some tribes. But later they took advantage of it. Nehru policy of giving special status to NE caused less connection to rest of india due to it's location. Less connection between caused less integration with rest of citizens that they are facing racism.

At least Mr. Sudhakar Rao admitted that Nagas were basically head hunters. No body was able to enter Nagaland like South Sentinel Island. All the tribes are governed by their independent religion except Manipur.
Even after conversion, the tribals still maintain their distinct culture.

Can't the tribals be reconverted
Even today northeast people face hostile behavior from the rest of the country. They are treated with a lot of indifference. Thanks to Christians, they were educated, which has enabled them to assimilate in modern India otherwise their fate would have sealed with poverty. It should be eye opener to everyone that missionaries have toiled, suffered, killed and sacrificed their country to carry out their conviction. Others have tried to imitate them but fallen short, afterall the imitators cannot have the love which flows out by the spirit of christ. It's not all physical (human effort )but spiritual.
Please anybody explain what Hindu means. How many gods u have currently.can u tell me how the caste system evolved.
