One thing that many miss is that not all topics are worth writing about on a blog. In fact, 99.9% of the topics aren't worth it-no matter how good a writer you are. It's all about demand, relevancy, and providing value. Nothing can save you from that. Yet most people don't know this!
3:45-My Best-Earning Post (with Old Strategy)
I have a post that earned $1,200+ on Medium as it went viral. I only spent 2 hours on the post which was crazy. In this section, I share the story behind that one.
4:52-The Idea of Templatizing
The best content creators create a blueprint for their work. They don't choose random topics and create content around those. Instead, it's all about finding what works right now and then repeating it 100 times (or more.) That's exactly what you should do as a Medium blogger. Find out what works right now and do it a million times.

Viral stories are great. But it's mostly random and unpredictable. Also, viral stories make money for a couple of days or weeks but then it will fade away. Even though I love my Medium virality strategy, it won't give you as consistent results as the other strategy I will just show you.

I started my first Medium blog in 2021. I quickly made it to $1,500/month. But that's not too great considering it took 40-50 hours per week to do that. That's why I had to come up with a more reliable, consistent, and lucrative strategy.

To make the most out of Medium, I recommend doing affiliate marketing. This way you don't even need to be a paying partner. You can just sign up and start for free. Then all you need to do is write stories that rank on Google about topics that people search for actively-with credit cards in their hands. Then you can join affiliate programs and earn every time someone reads your story and buys.

Hi Artturi, thanks for the video.! Is it needed or usually required to have some post published in Medium before apply to join an affilation program? Or filling the Medium's profile is enough? How do you suggest to manage the beginnings?

Hi Artturi! I wanted to ask that do you do keyword reasearch or SEO of your blogs before publishing the article on medium? Or you just write about what you want. I write on medium too and I am confused that do I do proper keyword research or not as it takes hell lot of time.

Hey @jalliartturi thanks for this encouraging and insightful video. I saw a box the affiliate program is asking to fill with your website, can I put there my medium profile link? I know some affiliate programs want to verify your website sometimes.
For most just use Medium or CZcams or whatever channel you have and it works :)
