Being doing this few years now but not melted. Just use fingers to mix to get right consistency for my Curly hair. Recent got enough courage to make my own clove spray. You can transfer the grease to a glass container then put that into the water. Directly heating isn’t recommended ( however I’ve followed this rule when using oil cause it loses its properties and nutrients but since it’s mainly grease not sure if that’s the same reason).

The shea moisture baby wash and shampoo is awesome. That is exactly what I used on my children's hair when they were infants. I followed up with the shea moisture kids line coconut and hibiscus curling cream which smells great. Then I used the shea moisture baby oil rub (can be used on hair as well) and rubbed a little bit of that in to seal in the moisture. They have a whole lot of hair now.

What's the earliest you should use this mix on your children I use it on my hair and my 9yr old but what about on my 6 month old hair and I only use the doo gro JBCO hair fertilizer and sulfur 8

Why don't you just use a small glass jar next time. The oil will melt faster using a glass jar plus all you have to do let's just let it sit in hot water.

No, she mentions you must reheat the oil before each use. To make it easy, get a cup of water, put it in the microwave for 2-4 mins until hot, put mixture bottle in for 5 mins or long enough to be liquid and warm.

If your baby’s hair is dry and you feel it needs to be moisturized then do it. I wouldn’t put sulfur 8 because it tingles but the other products are fine. It’s grease. Ive been doing my baby’s hair since he was 1 month and now his hair is halfway down his back.
Be careful heating up in plastic containers due to plastic possibly releasing carcinogenic substance.

The doo gro is what I started using then as she get a little old I just put a little bit of Jamaica castor oil not a lot just a little
