EASY PEASY CHOCOLATE FONDANT | EASY PUDDING

Chocolate fondants, one the most amazing and ‘technically’ difficult pudding to make. So light, rich and gooey. These fondant are so easy and quick to make. My tip is to take them out when still look gooey in middle but form around edges, leave them in the ramekins for a minute or two and that will help to form them up and keep their shape.
