Sandra Sangiao y Mattia Schirosa (cantante y acordeonista de la Barcelona Gipsy balKan Orchestra - BGKO) se unen en dúo para compartir un viaje sonoro que describe su propio recorrido, como músicos y compañeros de vida. El repertorio que ofrecen describe no solamente todos esos lugares que han descubierto juntos, sinó también todas las sensaciones, emociones y aprendizajes que se desprenden de cada canción y de su contexto. Ubuntu es una palabra zulu y swahili que se utiliza, entre otras cosas, para llamar al ente que se crea gracias a la sinergia entre dos personas. Cuando se forma una pareja aparece siempre un tercer elemento independiente a las dos personas que la forman, la conjunción de uno y el otro que posee su propia energía, alma y voluntad.
Mattia Schirosa & Sandra Sangiao, fisarmonicista e cantante della Barcelona Gipsy balKan Orchestra (gruppo di fama internazionale che ha giá suonato in piú di 30 paesi in tutto il mondo www.bgko.org) presentano il loro progetto personale: Ubuntu, un viaggio nella musica etnica, balcanica, mediterranea e sud americana, che descrive il loro percorso come artisti e compagni di vita. Questo repertorio invoca non solo tutti i luoghi che hanno esplorato insieme durante innumerevoli avventure vissute nei loro viaggi, ma anche tutte le sensazioni, emozioni ed insegnamenti che ogni canzone sprigiona.
Ubuntu è una parola Zulu e Swahili e si utilizza per identificare ciò che si crea grazie alle sinergie tra due persone. Quando si unisce una coppia appare sempre un terzo elemento indipendente alle due persone che la formano, la congiunzione di uno e dell'altro che possiede una energia, anima e volontà propria.
Mattia Schirosa è nato a Fano ma vive a Barcellona da 10 anni, dopo aver viaggiato, vissuto e inspiratosi a Parigi, Londra, Torino e Bologna. Sandra Sangiao è di Barcellona con origini della Galizia e della Castilla.
