Sorry for the late update on the channel, been working HARD for this video. I'm hoping to return to uploading videos frequently like 2 years ago. Though judging by how my videos look like now, that probably won't be happening for a while. 😅

Despite what people think, Nexus is actually a hopefull series, it uses its "dark" elements to show how those events afect to the characters; alonside Jun, Ren, Nagi and Komon we are able to see how a person really gets afect by strugling and complex situations but how at the end you are still able to get up once again for what really matters for you, because you're not alone and you will "never give up" (I love Nexus)
Nexus as a series ca be summed up as "the indomitable human spirit"
I really wish they'll release SHF Nexus Anphans / Junis / Junis Blue or even Noa this year considering it's the 20th anniversary.

I honestly loved Nexus' take on multiple hosts.
Each one helped Nexus grow stronger.
And when its finally Komon's turn, all the strength that the other hosts have helped build up, plus his own, helped Nexus reach his true form.
Despite the cut to Nagi's arc, the final episode shows us Nagi's end as predicted.
Nagi was always a tough and serious person, that way of being was born from her childhood trauma, when she saw a human/monster/beast (Zagi) kill her mother, Zagi left her alive to "use her when the light comes" (betting that at some point Noa noticed her to be a deunamist, which happens in the end).
At that moment little Nagi only felt fear and pain, what is known as "darkness", her mind could not live without negative thoughts; Despite that, she somehow manages to get ahead and when she grows up she joins the Night Raiders, this because her developed a desire to destroy the space beasts that appeared on Earth, because they reminded her of the being she hated the most for marking his life in the worst way (Zagi), she also developed a way to "control her emotions" which was to hide in hatred, because according to her "it gave her strength", we know this because it was what she told Komon, that the feeling hate towards something would give you the strength to face whatever it is, which the series shows that, while true, it is not good to let hate drive your actions, because you only end up hurting others and eventually yourself.
Nagi lived a life full of hate and pain, which she used to direct those feelings to what was most like Zagi, she was always alone and had no one to help her feel something different, the only one she had by her side was Mizorogi, precisely the person she saw fall into darkness and later saw that person she valued die in a "more human" way, destroying her even more. That is why at the end of everything, when Zagi manages to make the light focus on Nagi, after using Izmael to force the light to separate itself from Ren, the end was written; Whatever happened in the Nagi arc that never came out, Zagi would eventually manage to get Nagi to Lethe; When Zagi reveals to Nagi that he is responsible for her life being a continuous suffering, Nagi explodes emotionally and does not think about the situation she is in, she does not care that Lethe is in that room, she just wants to kill the being that she hates the most in the world, by emphasizing all her hatred or pain at that moment, when the light transforms it undergoes an alteration, releasing negative energy that Lethe recognizes and begins to absorb (this can be seen in her transformation, seeing how she uses the evoltruster as Mizorogi used the Darkevolver and not like Jun or Ren would).
The same with Komon, when he sees how Nagi is absorbed by Lethe's void, he decides to enter the void to save her; Upon entering, we see Nagi "asleep", she is not trying to get out of that darkness, she is just waiting for the inevitable end, she knows that she let the Light be absorbed along with her forces, she knows that I can't do anything, she is alone... .like that hellish night when her life became hate, fear and pain. Then she hears a voice in the distance, Komon, that subordinate who was not capable of fighting the beasts in the same way as her, the weakest person she knew, was in the middle of that void, trying to save her, then she hears replying "DON'T GIVE UP", she was not alone. Nagi wakes up and tries to grab Komon's hand in the middle of the void, when he succeeds, the Light (Noa) transfers to Komon, not only because of the situation where they are, where Nagi does not have the strength to fight, but because, in that moment, Komon is the only person who can save the world from the hell it is suffering.
In the end Komon manages to make the light shine in such a way that he can use Noa's full power, defeating Zagi easily, managing to save and protect all the people, as he always wanted, since that day when a person saved him as a child.
The story of Ultraman Nexus suffered a lot from the cut and the low rating, and although it is a shame that we have not been able to see more of the giant or the confrontation against this "Dark Lucifer", Keiichi Hasegawa and the entire Nexus production team, did their best to preserve, not only the myth of fiction, but something more important, its final message, "Don't give up." Nexus tells us that, in effect, life will not always be easy, it will not always be happy, there will be moments that will destroy you and hurt too much, but at the end of the day, "You are still alive" and you can choose, you can choose to continue "fighting" and stand up once again for the ones you care about and for what you want, you can "Not give up" because you "are not alone" (I love Nexus)
Nexus is the most underrated Ultraman to ever exist

Believe which mean humans are putting their faith on Nexus

That probably never happens. Tsuburaya see Nexus as a "not viable" hero material by his own, the corporation only uses him as a "co-Ultra" that appears to help other ultras sometimes or just to have another "hero iconography" to sell more Ultraman stuff in different ways (or most likely, with the 20th anniversary of the series, to sell "premium" stuff to the most loyal fans of this hero, like the evoltruster or the new chrome chesters; even the plushie in somehow)
Nexus already end and thats good, even with the "cut arc" of Nagi, that ,acording to the director of Nexus and some of the staff of the show, had some "past events" that explain more about the ligth (noa) and stuff that contains the "big stuff about time travel and paradox". All that stuff was done, even with the script of the arc already writing, not by keiichi hasegawa but by other of the writter that help Keiichi in the series with some episodes (i forgot his name, but you can search the writters that help in the series). With the fact that te show will end cuz the company and the tv channel not longer wants the series, Keiichi Hasegawa and the director decides to just "cut" that arc that explore that mysthical stuff and the team decided to work to show the final message of the Series as it was intended from the beginning, deleting the idea of "Dark Lucifer" and end the Zagi's plan with him leading Nagi to Lethe, and using her to regaing his Body
After Nagi's fall into Void, Komon saves her and the light is transfer to him, later we see Komon finally using the evoltruster to reach his biggest dream to protect everyone by beating ( actually bully) Zagi after manifest a ton of ligth travel his determination
Nexus was always going to end as it did, the only thing that we lost is a part of mythic and some paradox stuff. Keiichi and all the Nexus production team worked hardly to keep something more important than a "great tematic content/time travels adventure", to keep the final message of Nexus: "dont give up"; the maximum thing that makes this Ultraman so special to the people (even 20 years later).
People remember the series with true love, for showing them, that life is hard, really hard, that sometimes you will suffer a lot, but can still choose, you can choose stand up once again for what matters to you, because you "are not alone" and you will "never give up"
[Even Kawakubo Takuji (Komon) says that the most iconic and most memorable moments of all the series was the final. He show the love he has for this work many times, because Komon doesnt has an arc cancel, Komon had his arc on the entire Series (same with Nagi)]
Nexus will never have a remake and even more a continuation or sequel, cuz Nexus finished prefectly

Nexus is a devolution form of Noa, in that state, noa is not able to fight in any form, with a deunamist he's able to become Nexus, but noa doesnt do nothing, the deunamist is the one who take control of the giant, noa just gives his strenght, but how?
When noa is "bonded" with someone, the deunamist is the only one who decides what to do, noa just shows to the deunamist how the space beast are operating in somewhere with "telepathic waves" throught the evoltruster by "beating", when transforms, noa gives to the deunamist some of his remanent power; now, if the deunamist is able to manifest "light", known as the will and by extension the strength of the deunamist, Noa will spread more of his power and the deunamist will use it.
This "light" is something that is able to manifest with the determination of the person to get something valuable, which mostly occurs when wanting to protect something/someone or wanting to do something very strongly (which can mostly be wanting to protect).
This "ligth manifest" can be produced in huge quantities, this is known as "final core"; Jun is able to manifest his determination after knowing how Sera really feels about her life, appreciating Jun as her brother and being happy during her life, being able to feel truly happiness. After her words, Jun is decided to save to rest of people who him cares about, like Sakuta, Negoro and even Komon at that point (also the rest of people in the city, cuz he doesnt want to see people suffer), by embracing that desire, the ligth manifest enough to literally revive Jun
When Ren is fighting Ezmael, hes is really weak, his body is suffering not just for the Beast, but also for his condition (cuz he will die pretty soon at that point without "Raphael"). At that moment, Yu talk to him with telepathy, Ren is able to heard him cuz both are prometheus childs; yu said that ren needs to believe in the ligth. Ren reminded what Komon says to him, that the ligth might be the "hope" that is inherit to people, the will to keep on going to achieve protect the most important, by embracing that feeling, Ren stand up to made one last attack, using all his remaning forces to launch the over-arrow_ray schtrom (wich is the strongest attack at that point, that Ren wasnt able to use, but now he has more "ligth")
Finally we have Komon.
Komon was a person who suffers a lot, he start his travel as a night raider because he just wants to protect people, which is his biggest dream/goal since he was a child, her girlfriend Riko gave him her support to keep it (cuz she also loves the idea to protecting) but due a lot of problems and the dead of Riko, Komon just wants to forget everything and live in a dream where Riko is alive and the world is okay again, but he understand that this is not the correct way to live, when he saw the "Ganbarukuina-kun" (an amulet that she made for komon), komon understand his reality, Riko is dead, but all those moments and feeling that they live together arent fake, those feelings still exist and still matters to him; at that moment komon decided to keep his goal to achieve his dream once again.
After having his answers, he helps Jun and Ren in their trouble to be deunamist, but most likely with Ren, acting like his cousin; and also understanding Nagi as a person and eventually helping her to get over the "darkness" of her heart, by saving her from the void made for lethe after Zagi's body restauration
In that moment, Noa choose komon to make a bond, not because noa saw komon as a deunamist, but because in that moment he is the only one able to save the world
After receiving the ligth (noa), he reminded the determination of his friends as deunamist, by understanding that this is the only chance to save everyone, he use the evoltruster saying the words that simplify all this events: "Bond, Nexus"
When Komon is fighting against Zagi, Zagi show that he's stronger, but a voice talks to Komon; somehow Jun is able to talk to him through his bond, not the evoltruster but with a "ligth", komon stand up and manifest the will of Jun, turning into Junis form. Later, he hear the voice of Ren, with that, komon is able to manifest now the will of his cousin, turning into junis blue.
Even with the over-arrow-ray schtrom, Zagi is still standing without problems; the Zagi is ready to kill komon to then destroy the visitors with the planet in the process, Komon try to block Zagi's attach but it seems to be more strong that him even with the deunamist will.
At that moment, people give him their support, they give to komon their hope, Komon is understanding that if he falls in this moment, all these lives will finish and his dream too, by embrasing his biggest desire or protecting everyone, Komon is able to manifest the ligth in such a way that is ably to cover his entire body of this ligth, shining into a new form, the giant's real form, Noa
But Noa is not using his body, the one who control the giant is still Komon, then he start to pretty much bully Zagi, sending him to the space an then killing Zagi
So in the end, Komon was able to saving Nagi from her internal Darkness and manifest the enougth ligth to literally save the world, reaching his biggest dream and understanding that the live is not always happy, that live will hurt something eay to badly, but you can choose stand up again from that pain and keep on going for what really matters, beacuse "we alive" and "you are not alone" and you will "not give up"

I said this in the original video, but Ren’s use of the Core Final is the weakest use of it. He literally used it to break free from some webbing, like why did that need the Core Final.
Do you have any idea what the proportional strength of spider webbing is? If you got webbed up by a human-sized spider, you wouldn't be escaping.
We can only break spider webs because we're so much larger and stronger than spiders.
