I am in awe with Nick's interview. Two months ago I read a comment that was posted on google regarding THE CHOSEN. A fellow Cristian wrote that the show is not following the BIBLE. I don't know what Bible they are reading but this
show I believe is inspired by GOD HIMSELF. As a devoted Christian in CHRIST JESUS, I encourage all true CHRISTIANS to support THE CHOSEN. SO, more people can have a personal relationship with our Savior LORD JESUS CHRIST before it is too late.
I absolutely adore the character of Zebadee. The actor is so perfect for the role. He gives Zebadee such a lovableness.
Nick is an amazing actor & created such a fantastic character in Zebedee. Such a great guy, talented, funny, genuine & humble.

I love when Nick talked about how he talked with God and basically let God take the wheel. How God knows our passions and dreams. It’s so true! That was really awesome and reminded me to let Jesus take the wheel.

Zebedee is absolutely one of my top favorites! Such a happy guy in character in person. “I bought an Olive Tree garden.” His laugh is the best!

I honestly thought Nick was in his 50s when I first saw him in episode 4 and again in episode 6. The makeup department does an amazing job making him look older! Great interview! Hope to see more of Zebedee in future seasons.

Was so surprised to find that Nick is actually only 30 years old. I was hoping he was closer to my age! I just love his character and how he played the role!
The tears in Jonathan’s eyes during that scene with the Samaritan women ...you feel he’s not playing a character. Each scene with him is so intense and touches the heart. Amazing

Wow, I absolutely loved this interview, everything you said Nick, about Jonathan being so immersed in his role as Jesus, I have no doubt the Holy Spirit was right there. Even watching on TV I could sense it. And you were made for the role of Zebeede, so awesome! I loved what you said about turning yourself over to God, to just let Him use your life. I recently had a deep sense of needing to surrender everything to God, so I did. "Here I am. Send me."

I absolutely LOVE how Nick plays Zebedee...so authentic, so interesting,, especially if you think how James and John's father would have reacted to his sons leaving the family business and letting them follow Jesus with such joy!
Nick is so genuine. I hope to see him in more shows soon, and I hope his character continues to make appearances on The Chosen. He definitively brings a strong presence to the show. His sharing about his prayer at the end is inspiring.

What a beautiful person in Jesus!
After so many things that went wrong in my life, I have also surrendered and finally allowed God to take over. I was surprised by how after that, I felt so free and comfortable to be 'me' but also the 'me' He wants me to be. I thought I would be serious and constantly quoting the Bible, but He showed me my gifts are connecting to people through humour, playfulness, spontaneity which is also one of the countless ways to spread His love and to honour Him. I was made new but the unique talents I was given became more exposed and easily expressed. His love many times manifests as joy and it shows as you live your life fully devoted to Him. It is amazing and unexpectedly full-circle stuff. I can totally relate to this actor's experience. All glory to God.

The scene of the healing at Zebedee's house , while Jesus was preaching and the people was helping the guy down from the roof, he said ""Zebedee will not lit a light and put it under a bucket, he will put it up for everyone to see ...""

To me, "enhanced" describes The Chosen more accurately than "embellished."

Zebedee is one of my favorites! He seems to be the BEST father! Just makes me feel happy in my soul!! Just like, "There's just NOTHING to worry about! I got this!!" Zebedee is just charming! AND 50? Zebedee is only 50? Must be nice to be so young!! LOL! Haven't you heard that some people are ageless? Like the lady below me...Zebedee is like a teddybear! Could just hug him! His smile is so GRAND!
GREAT acting! The three of you really feel like a family, especially that running in the ocean part, I don't know why but that enthusiasm really hit me, the table scene in the (bar?) when Simon first tells you he's been with the Romans...excellent acting!

Such a great performance (and makeup job) I’d never have guessed this actor was so young! He totally reminded me of my grandfather-in-law who was a farmer and stayed as strong and healthy as his young adult sons well into middle and older age. Excellent interview.

it has brought clarity to some of the scriptures such as Moses and the bronze snake in the desert- I never connected that before, so having been a believer since 5 for 51 years now I have found myself gong to the scriptures from a scene and going ohhhh that is what that means and it has helped me grow spiritually. It is like when a Pastor preaches a message , God will let each person hear what they need at that time, so one may say great message on faith and they were actually preaching about prayer i.e.

I recently saw another interview with Nick. It was so raw and powerful. Nick is so open about his connection to God and the Holy Spirit.

Nick’s excellent portrayal of Zebedee is handsome, warm & an encouraging figure to his grown sons! We know little about Z from the Bible, it’s a success to highlight him in this series!
Since this interview, director Dallas has shared that he now hopes for 7 seasons. With magical makeup, perhaps Nick can play another role haha!

I love watching God work His plans out, like the way He has brought all these gifted people from cast and crew, producers, writers, and all the people involved, even the early sponsors. Like his word, what God does and puts together does not come back void. Praise God for what He is doing through this project.

What a superb interview. The journey of this man in his real life is clearly the Lord's hand - and he saw, and sees, that. May this be the story for everyone involved in this project - including every viewer that "stumbles upon" this series. A billion? How about ... billions. What Jesus has done for us is worthy of that kind of action by His Father.

that is what I like about this series it goes into what the disciples may be feeling and what is being said... they don't put that in the bible...if they did the bible would be to heavy to even lift Lol but I like they way Dallas shows their fears and concerns... and how all those different personalities were bumpy at times... and showing the human side of Jesus.. My family and I love this series... and I feel we're back in Jesus time living this with them... by the seventh season is really going to be hard... its not like watching from a distance... It's Amazing... God bless you all.... This Series was meant to be made... its bringing so many Ppl to Christ... I even see the bible in a different light now when I read it.. this series made it seem like its come more alive for me.. The Cast is perfect... they all fit their parts perfect... just a side note... Where did they find all these good looking Ppl with these huge hearts.. Lol
