Jake never be the favorit shows character .....of Scandal.
Shonda wanted a charakter would be better for Olivia than Fitz I mean younger smart and single but she never really let Liv fall in love with Scotts character .
Olivia used him for sex and rebond when she realised she couldn't be with Tonys character Fitz because he was married because of her father and her political ambition .....
Maybe Scott Foley was the narrators fav character but believe me he never was the fav of Scandals fan.....never
Jake was never a fan favorite. The majority of scandal fans didn't like jake or his relationship with Olivia.
