Hurts development from loosing playoff game against Bucs to his performance last night is simply incredible 😎
The only thing that changed was the narrative, Hurts had an injured ankle, and banged up the offensive line, and trash WR's against the Bucs. He has been this good on this trajectory for awhile but media was still talking about him like he was the same guy that got pulled for Tua, shxt was like 6 years ago when Jalen was 18. But Jalen was really good following year when he replaced an injured Tua and would of won Heisman in Oklahoma if it wasn't for Burrow who was throwing to Jefferson and Chase.

I would like to see him get better at if he is pushed/rushed to the left to learn to throw it more comfortable. They said he likes it better either in the pocket or right side preferred. I would like to see him just not matter where you are but to be comfortable, be accurate and let it fly. Also...still be a mobile quarterback

@@DL13650 Refs choose when to enforce these calls. That wasn't called much all game for either teams. Did he hold yes, was the ball uncatchable? Yes. That call changed the outcome of this game.

Hurts performance was simply FANTASTIC. NO way was the Chiefs giving him another chance to handle that ball in the last 5 minutes of that game.
He would've had the chance it if were not for the holding call. KC was going to kick the FG but the penalty on 3rd down ended it. Hurts would've got the ball back like like 1:30 and 2 timeouts. Instead KC ran down the clock, kicked the FG and won.
NO THEY WERE NOT GOING TO LET HIM GET THAT BALL BACK, BECAUSE THEY KNEW HE WOULD HAVE SCORED
Hurts was phenomenal! His defensive team, not so much.
This game to me was about offense mainly. Chiefs got a lot of points scored on them too
Hurts was spectacular last night, almost 400yds of offense and 4 TDs. He kept Mahomes on the bench, he did all he could. Mahomes was slightly better because of what he did with much less time & no probowl level receivers. Kelce had 1 catch in the 2nd half & Mahomes still brought the team back against a top 2 defense. Respect to both men, they put on a show.
He was slightly better because of Andy Reid…not sure he had to make a difficult throw all night. Credit to the Chiefs offensive line as well…they were the best unit imo

Pat didn’t play well at all The chiefs out schemed the eagles and the eagles defense for whatever reason couldn’t answer… J Hurts was the best on the field. It was the greatest superbowl I’ve seen both teams got busy.
I think it's more on the soft defense and coaching differential on both sides of the field. Reid simply outcoached Gannon which marked their downfall

Knew it was going to be close… I had the score 24 to 27 Eagles but I had the team who forced a turnover winning. Unfortunately it was Hurts that turned the ball over. Those plays ALWAYS matter when your team takes the L. Regardless of the eagles fallout on defense and special teams, I guarantee the play on which he fumbled is what’s thought about the most. Great game and moving on… All eyes are on the Bears with the number one pick. Eagles just gave you a blueprint, what are you going to do?
Hurts got right back on the field after the fumble and scored a TD and got the Eagles a 7 points lead. It was the defense that didn’t show up. In addition, the special team gave up the run that led to a TD for the Chiefs. Those factors were way more significant.

It 10-0 Eagles at the start of the 2nd half. Defense not making a single stop in the 2nd half is the reason why they lost.

It was an impressive performance, I didn't expect it. And he certainly outperformed Mahomes. But Nick Bolton legitimately scored two TDs as a defender....should have been the MVP.

Mahomes was barely on the field in the first half. And even in the second half they had plays from Pacheco and that PR from KT that prevented Mahomes from getting stats because of good field position. He still played efficient as possible in the time he did have the ball and had two critical runs in the game that helped.
There’s a lot of things you could say about this game. However, that fumble from Herts was big time. You can’t do that. Also, the Eagles should’ve blitzed more. I understand that they can get to the quarterback with four usually, but they weren’t. They needed to put more pressure on Mahomes.

Except for the throw to Brown for the TD they were these high, slow arcing throws that if properly defended should've been picks. He's really accurate and quick on short range throws.
