Well, as always, I am.disappointed with the Maverick's one-sided overly biased sentiments about the Shacarri Jamaican saga. The Maverick wants to pass on the narrative that it was the Jamaicans who did not like Shacarri and not the other way around, Shacarri not liking the Jamaicans. Shacarri, for whatever reason, I suspect jealousy, downright disrespected the Jamaican top three after they were able to pull a second time Olympic 1,2,3. Looking at the body of work that all those three have put into the sport can only be dreamed of by many of their fellow competitors, but not so with Shacarri. Also, it was the same Shacarri who sat with the ordinary locals, who was in favor of a post that had stated that Jamaicans are barefooted people. Now, no one can ever take from her that she is a very talented sprinter, but being talented doesn't erase nor can it erase the fact that she had disrespected the second time greatest female Olympic 100m finals, having one nation, Jamaica, winning all three medals. Had she shown respect or kept her feelings to herself, Jamaicans would not have gone to disliking her. Let's keep the story in its original form and not play spin doctors with it.

Most track and field stadiums in the US use long benches similar to the Jamaica "Bleachers" which is the norm. Hence, she is very well in her comfort zone when compared to the "Grandstand" which is not the norm in the US for track and field.
