Henrik in that Uefa cup game v Liverpool comes back from a broken jaw he got v livi I think. Days before face masks. He scores right out the traps. It was such a good finish and only he could do it. The guy was just amazing. I'm jealous of my Da and guys who have lived through the lions, Jinky, McNeill, Lennox, Auld. Then to see Burns, Mclair, Aitken. My first ever celtic game was 'blow away the blues' Jinky played. I have had a season book ever since and the 90s were tough horrible.
But I'll tell you this, our utter domination of Scottish football for the last 20 years and counting is unparalleled in world football. Doesn't matter what any hun says they have never been 'top dogs' other than 90s and the 50s. I have never judged celtic on trophies won as in oh we have won another cup let's tally it up. We aren't that insecure. Real Madrid are the most gloried club to grace the football field.
But celtic will be the most winningest and celebrated domestically decorated team within 2 years. And even if we aren't, trophy that matters is in the Parkhead trophy room.
What a strike Force. Brilliant. I always loved Hartsons goal away to celta Vigo.
