Plastic Avengers - A Community Climate, Arts, and Action Program about the Long Island Sound
By teaching students about the living resources of the Long Island Sound-as well as the threats to its health due to pollution, plastic debris, and climate change- the program aimed to cultivate a new generation of coastal stewards who will help to stem the flow of litter into the Sound and create more climate resilient communities.
