Mr.Aviary my bird’s nails are getting too long. Do you have any suggestions because we are afraid we might hurt the bird
You can trim your birds nails with Special clippers. Make sure not to clip to far, with most species you see a clear white part and a more pinkish part only clip in the white part

Are quails able to live outside in Ireland with its weather. Also would the chicks be able aswell ? Love the videos btw
Thanks, some of my quails stay outside until -5 degrees. Lower than that and I won't risk it.
@@MrAviary it doesn’t get that cold here in Ireland. Coldest in winter would be -2 usually Can they withstand the heavy rain aswell

My quails are fine all year round. on very cold days i put some extra hay down for them to take cover in. Never had any issues.
