One thing to mention is that the heart silhouette changes in size depending on how the CXR was taken - PA films have smaller hearts while AP ones have bigger ones.

Great video! A better way to see if the penetration is good is to check if you can see the thoracic vertebrae through the heart shadow.

It is the fine white lines on the lungs, if it is not visible then the x-ray image is either too dark (over exposed) or too light (under exposed) or it could be due to a pneumothorax.

Lộc Trần there is an angle present in between costa and diaphragm termed as costophrenic angle.
U can “ consider “ this angle as apex of triangle and base of this triangle to be formed by lungs “ Fine marking “ ( this triangle appears darkest )
Costodiaphragmatic recess is present in region of this triangle.
Which gets obliterated during effusion.p thus appearing lighter.
