Amiga is forever in our hearts and minds
2020 and still anjoyable. Amiga still rulez. What an incredible machine.
2022 kicking ass
AMIGA RULEZ !!!
I still have my A500 and it works great! Still use it for occasional retrogaming. It's such a badass machine with sound unrivaled by any other platform of it's time.
@@LazloNQ Please tell more?
Protracker and Fasttracker are brilliant. First music programs I've ever used.
Amiga forever and ever and ever...
Forever
"Come play with us and our Amiga Danny....."
red sector was my favourite amiga module of all time, therwes just something about the music in megademos
Amiga is priceless..
Compared with overpriced PC software (mostly unavailable) to do either music, video editing, animation or paint... the Amiga still remains one of the best creation tools. Not to mention for mixing and digitizing HD television quality content. The best alternative I could find to replace the Amiga (as a media producer) was to rely on SVG and 3D generated graphics linking videos, music and animation directly on the browser itself injecting Javascript and a bit of fancy CSS, I recommend you guys do the same and forget using either apps with clouds that don't work or PC windows 10 software that is buggy and that becomes obsolete real quick.
Turrican II :-O immense... AMIGA a dream...
32:30 UNREAL just epic...
The greatest computer ever made
Yes!
Dylan Perry I have a PS4 and Amiga on my desk at home , the PS4 is jealous ;)
John Wilson I'm jealous! I haven't owned an amiga since I was a kid.
Dylan Perry i own that, c64, megadrive, SNES and spectrum . Lots of choice
Nicky Boum = The first the last eternity (Snap)
That is so true and weird now that you mentioned that!
I made the Nicky Boom 2003 Clubbin It Mix featured on here as M.A.F.
I really love that Snap song, but the Nicky Boom/Boum tune was made in 1992 and I remade Nicky Boom in 1999.
My brain hurts.
Snap released their song in 1995 apparently.
A good melody is a good melody it seems!
Music is great!
Awesome mix, playing this in the background while I rebuild my desktop Amiga 3000
AMIIIIIGGGGGAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!
AMIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
A500 then A1200 with techno sound turbo for me. They miss me so much !
best red sector xm tracker ever !
Completely agree. Is it an XM format? Didn't know about this
The first tune was also called "Electric Revenge" by 4-mat and was used as the intro/title tune for Amiga game "Shockwave".
Nice version of Speed Ball 2 ... it rocks! 🤘
Thanks for uploading and for the TOC with times.
As an alternative media platform to the Amiga I tried Macintosh (before they became PC clones), Linux, and a bunch of XP-Windows 10 software (until they became just all generic cloud-based apps). The best I could find in the end (and one I highly recommend) is just to use the potential of the browser itself - as a content creator tool it's not that bad. If you dabble a little bit in Javascript, SVG, 3D tools, video, music and CSS you get a decent creation environment all-in-one that the public can access regardless of the OS.
Got demo on floppy was fucking hot
I've played this Video many many times. This is without a shadow of doubt my favourite Amiga Remix Video you've done. So many great tracks here. Not sure if I've commented on this Video before. I definetely have now.
Just for the records, Amiga remix volumes are made in chronological order, so maybe older tracks are better than new :)
@@Starredmediasoft They are good great mate.
Thanks for this great compilation of Amiga remixes. Amiga rules!
So many good tunes in this video. Wolfchild and Goldrunner are ace. Thanks for sharing !
Amiga forever!
Amazing job! Thanks! First song is truly great!
Thank you my friend. Hope you'll like other volume too :)
Somehow doing modern remixes of Demoscene tracks had never occurred to me, probably because the methods used to remix them are so similar to the methods we originally used to make them that it does not seem like a fun retro thing to me, haha. But anyone who did not grow up with them would think that was a ludicrous idea I am sure
Amiga, best machine ever!
I loved this Demo Traxx in my childhood an still think -> melody, arrangement and sound is still better than all these boring Rave, Tekno a.s.o. Songs from today that sounds allways the same!!! 1000 Thumbs UP, Amiga4Ever
Amiga rules thx
4-mat would cry if he thought this was a remixed version.... One of my all time favourites though
Very nice. Thanks.
39:49 - Gold Runner !!!
The beginning always reminded me of the beginning of Red Dwarf.
Link please?
The Speedball 2 makes me think of the Red Alert music. Not for the tune but the instrument sound used.
fury of the furrys, god how i miss that game
Super toll!!
Love this...
Verry Good thx Amiga forever Greetings from Germany Old Amiga Guy ;-)
Amiga FOREVER ;)

God is a Amiga 1200, i'm sure of it now :3
And His Son is an A500, given it was sent to save all Commodore kind (for a time).

Nice !!

AMIGA.
I bought an Amiga 1000 (with the signatures from the developers and even the paw of a dog from one of them)! Before I had a C64 and the sound there was great (for a 8-bit computer)! But the Amiga with 16-bit sound was and is realy awesome! Some people say, that the Atari ST is far better in music/sound than the Amiga! But in my point of view it was and is still the Amiga!
surely Amiga's sound chip was far better than ST's, but said this, Atari ST was a better machine to make music because a stock ST had MIDI ports, that meant that developers looked toward ST more than Amiga for advanced (and professional) music software.
i remember back in the time you could easily find some ST with Cubase in professional recording studios, far less so an Amiga with another sequencer.
just like Amiga was rich of graphic tools, Atari was rich of music tools; still there were several sequencer on amiga too, and still there were several 2d/3d graphic pograms on ST (i guess...).
@@bicello Yep correct. It was really the inclusion of the midi port that gave the Atari the edge for music, and hence, the developers flocked to it more, and hence, the musicians followed the software. Just like today, MORE music software is written for Mac than PC, and so that's what studios use. But a PC is just as capable at a much lower price point. That that doesn't matter as there is far less software available.
@@bicello I remember the guy at the store saying the Amiga was for graphics and the Atari was for music.
I remember deluxe paint for the Amiga and Cubase for the Atari.
As far as i remember.
@@bicello Amiga for graphics and Atari for music.
I remember D Paint for the Amiga and Cubase for the Atari.
Both good computers and had many hours of fun with both of them.
Putzi's giana sisters intro (remix) is mai favorite :D

Where you found this modules???Amazing!! I want those on my ami!! AMIGA RULEZ!!!
Anyone remember the Amiga 600 HD that had a 20 meg hard drive?
Sure me still nowdays and I have also a 1200 with a HD of 40MB :)
@@2010skylightitalia Seemed massive back then having 20 meg.
I had the Amiga 500 but never had the 1200 also had the Atari St.
This is not a real but a remix so we must remember that....
The first tune is from a game, not mega demo. Can't remember it's name. It involved waves of alien invaders.
ok
Many of these are multichannel mods right?
The Amiga had a standard 4 channel stereo sound module.
track 2 ad 00:06:08 is not the forest.... it is the lagoon
Simon Jessen there was a bit of a spat over the names of various fury of the furries tracks as there was a mix up in track listing names and what actually ended up in the game on various platforms. So just go with it :)
+onlineamiga no i wont go with it. i am klaus!
I'm not one for remixes - what exactly is wrong with the original Paula audio?
None here think Paula's sound has anything wrong, at least I guess
It's not "Nicky Boom"!
Amiga is the best Computer Ever !!! Forget PC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
deutschnational.
Pieces are split wrong.
If you mean the indexes on the description, I've fixed them right now. Thanks for your feedback
