A week in Shetland is not enough to see all of its beauty try a fortnight it is abreathtaking magical place.
I just enjoyed 5 nights at the Queen's Hotel Lerwick (Could see the windows from my room on the video) and loved it. I watched people swimming every day. I went in but it was freezing. I went on a boat trip around the nearby Islands which was amazing. The bus service is really good & I saw a lot exploring the main Island. Hopefully I will get back & see a lot more next year

As a fan of desert islands, Shetland has long been on my to-visit list. But as the journey via the various ferries, continent - UK - Orkney - Shetland, takes longer, it won't be until I retire.
