FIXED - Epic Games Not Sending 2FA Verification Emails OR ANY Emails

- Have you tried to get into epic games but you are not getting any emails? Even your support emails are not being sent to your e-mail address. Have you tried to reach out and are your just waiting for an answer? Have you put the wrong birthdate in when prompted? Here was my solution.
IMPORTANT: Check Spam File and Wait at least 10 minutes for the verification email
1. I changed my password - got password reset e-mail sent to me (other emails not coming through)
2. Logged into via the epic account option
3. Bought 1000 vbucks successfully
4. Tried to login again - verification was actually sent this time
SAVED all info under my account to prevent this for happening again.

What an absolutely pathetic company. Something like this should NEVER happen, and customers shouldn't need a workaround to access their purchased products. It is so sad that things like this aren't even rare.

This was happening to me, after a few tries I moved to my laptop to try and make it simpler for myself and now apparently my email isn’t registered to an account, I have no clue what to do 🙁

On my epic account it says needs verification and when I try to verify it, it says sent code to the email when I don’t have access to it and I don’t know what to do. Can someone PLEASE help me

@@tbird9430 ok so what I did was sent an email telling them that I don’t have access to my gmail account and that email is my epic games one so I told them to change it to another one and they did. But you might have to wait a few days before they do

I’m trying to change the mail connected to epic games, i have an outlook email, but the verification mail don’t arrive. I’m trying also to re-activate 2FA but when i click for my number don’t appear the page for the code and even the code in the sms. Can you help me please?

This video starts at 8 minutes in… the real solution is that it is in your trash box on gmail and outlook, which is not the focused or other folder people think is their junk folder.

Try to make a whole new email and epic games account then contact support
