- In this video, I show you guys how I produced for the #1 boy band in the country! There is a boy band called SB19 that makes P-Pop (Pinoy Pop). Their member Pablo reached out to me and we co produced their newest single "What?" I show you guys a detailed breakdown on how I made the song. wasn't going to comment since this is already an old vid but my goodness!! thank you for not giving up on "what?" that song is so special.. it's like an anthem honestly. and i find it really cool to hear the very first version, where pablo was just singing with guitar in the bg and he really sang and rapped everything!! also it was amazing listening to the diff versions of the dance break, and the insane amount of other versions for each verse..that was a LOT LOT for real.. also i admire the confidence of pablo in relaying his vision to you.. he would really say what he wants and what he means rather than settle for what's already there. to think that this was the first time his composition for sb19 will be produced. hope you can keep on working with SB19..you are amazing sir!!

There are many amazing Filipino Producers out there, mostly hidden because they are likely hidden by the fact that EDM introduced many producers nowadays to music production and still into that phase.

Just like SB19 they almost gave up.
When people see potential in themself they tend to give up, or at least try to. Sometimes they feel that they'll do all this work and then just feel completely different from what they intended to feel. Or they don't want their journey to be over and want things to stay the same, to stay comfortable and safe.
But if you give up, then you may be missing out on something great.
Sb19 almost gave up after their very first single in 2018. They trained 4 years before debuting. Very few people noticed them with this first song. Then they thought one more shot and they will release their upbeat single GO UP. if it doesnt work, they will go their separate ways. BUT HEY it worked! Im getting goosebumps that Simon and Sb19 has the same experience. Its like they were destined to find one another.
Wow...such effort these boys do to reach out to other producers, musicians to create their masterpiece. Amazed!!
