Thank you so much for this video! So glad you've been doing tutorials about vibrato, because it's been one of the things I've wanted most, ever since I had an idea what I wanted to do with my voice. I've listened to singers' vibrato very consciously, almost as far back as I started actively training, because a nice, pleasant, wide vibrato was one of my voice goals.
I don't know why, I can do vibrato well in chest, mix, and head voice, but not in my whistle voice. Like the last note of phantom of the opera, i can hit it with whistle voice, but the vibrato just can't come out...
I have no idea why I could make good vibrato with my head voice and falsetto, but when I use my chest voice and mix one, it's kinda hard to make the vibrato comes out
It's because your vocal chords are very free to oscillate in falsetto (that's why it's easier to sing in falsetto) than chest voice. In chest voice you have to really work your vocal chords while in falsetto it requires little effort. :) I have the same issue

Yes that's a very common issue I have the same issue more mass harder to vibrato.
I noticed that singers who cannot reach the high note, here comes the vibrato
