Generally diabetics are advised by their doctors that they can use fruits and vegetables but there are certain vegetables which are higher in carbohydrate and lower in fiber which the diabetics should know and be careful about.

@@nadeemmir1184 ! Yes. Kaddu mein bhi khata hoon aur turnip avoid karta hoon. Lekin kuch diabetologist kehtey hain key turnip bhi kha saktey hain.

I am type 2 diabetic from last 21 years My HbA1c level was 10.1 on 25 May 2023 today it is 6.40 masha allah , i reverse it in 3 months by just removing bread from my breakfast. I switch my breakfast to Fruits & vegitable salad ,almond with 2 boild eggs. Al hamdulillah

@@memoonabibi5258 Change your diet & check after 3 months , avoid direct sugar, bakery, soft drinks, bread, switch your breakfast to Green salad with some fruits & 2 boild eggs, your Hba1C will go down definitly
