Really impressed how these chefs cuts in such a fast rapid pace.
Hong Kong is famous for its many street foods and roasted meats. The aroma and flavors are unmatched. You see crowds lining up to buy some roast duck or pig, because the average HK citizen can work long hours and lives in a very small apartment where it is harder to cook and layout a normal meal. We admire the wonderful food but we may not understand how this market came to be in HK.
