    This is the most face heel promo I've ever hold.

    yet again Renfrew being a great heel (Makes true points and has a justified reason for being villainous, as usual the ICW booking is brilliant) Grado was built by ICW, for years they built him up to be the people's champion and now he's flaunting it to get booked in the U.S. (not necessarily a bad thing) but when he's no showing ICW shows for other shows in the states when he's the ICW World Champion it shows no respect for the place that built him up to be the star, I honestly like Grado but he needs to see that the boom of the business is here in the U.K. and here in ICW rather than in the states, can't wait for Square Go and I'm hoping for an awesome match from both Grado and Renfrew. ICW ICW ICW

      Yeah right, if you want to hear what a real talker is look for Kenny Omega, Kevin Steen (Owens) and Adam Cole does are real talkers this guy just happened to have a good promo but that's it.

    • @SHVMBU
      @SHVMBU Před 8 lety

      +Marcos Morales (HushX18) Those individuals are phenomenal in the ring, but have you seen any of his other promos? He's equally as great to the greats when it comes to shooting on an opponent or cutting a promo on a match or opponent.

    • @hushsounds6486

    I watched this 3 or 4 times because, in my opinion, Chris Renfrew is one of the best talkers in the business. Not just for this, every time he gets on the mic he says it how it is and you find it hard to disagree with what is said. ICW is one of the hottest promotions around and I have been hooked on it since late 2014 and Renfrew, to me, is one of the best all-rounders there. ICW till death.

    Never forget your roots because as much as this is pro wrestling. Home for Grado is ICW and if he truly wants to stand up for ICW, he'll have to take on the heart and soul of it all in Chris fucking Renfrew.

  • @oXAngelusXo
    @oXAngelusXo Před 8 lety +9

    I agree with this guy 100% but it int just TNA is it's WWE too, both TNA and WWE aren't doing as well as they once were so who's talent pool are they dipping into? ours. The Yanks are cutting our legs out from under us just as our industries are growing. They come along dangling big money contracts and scoop up our best guys. Think how much British and Irish talent the Yanks now have and how much bigger and better ours could be if we still had them, Devitt, Barrett, Shamus, Bram, Pac, Andrews, Spud, Magnus, Zach Saber Jr, Grado, Galloway, Page, granted some of these guys like Andrews Grado an Galloway still come back but what if these guy were all still her full time.

    • @blakehowse6803
      @blakehowse6803 Před 8 lety

      That's laughable. How many of them are truly essential to the American wrestling scene right now? 2 or 3 of them?

    • @oXAngelusXo
      @oXAngelusXo Před 8 lety

      +Blake Howse that's partially the point they don't overly need them but they're taking them from us and us these guys are draws. TNA also just announced they're taking will osprey, jimmy havoc, and damo o'conners. On the UK tour so what you betting they sign at least 2 of them.

    • @oXAngelusXo
      @oXAngelusXo Před 8 lety

      +Lucan Stone (Your Black Protoman) Yea totally mate I mean my op was a while ago now so stuff has changed a little in the Dameo, Havoc, Osprey situation. I can see things from the wrestlers point of view I really can, the pay in the UK has never been great and wrestlers always travel to get the experience. But come on the amount of UK talent getting pulled from us at the minute is more than is healthy for our industry, the other thing is I'll bet my left nut the UK guys don't get paid as much as the US counter parts because why would they? WWE hires a guy like Samoa Joe do you think he gets less than he had at TNA? but WWE hires a guy like Noam Dar an yea ok he's a lot younger and less globally known but do you think he'd get even a quarter of what Joe would get considering he probably works for £50-£100 a match at the min? This is why TNA and WWE are so dangerous to the UK scene because they now know they can get good, young, talented guy for their lower to mid card on the cheap.

    • @oXAngelusXo
      @oXAngelusXo Před 8 lety

      +Lucan Stone (Your Black Protoman) Well said and it's utterly tragic, as I said at first. it's a pipe dream but if all the UK talent was still in the UK the likes of ICW and progress would be even bigger than they are. Ok they'd never be as big as WWE but TNA ROH maybe NJPW with better draws comes bigger bucks domestic TV deals, yes it would be hard but doable and ours.

      +NitroMorrison17 Павлюк Андрей And booked him like a comedy geek. He's a draw for ICW. He's a card filler whose gimmick gets lost in U.S. translation and does nothing for TNA.

      +DEAN23 Wouldn't say it was jealousy. Everything he said was true and ICW has a track record of their shows outdrawing TNA's in Scotland. It was just really silly for a heel to be saying all this.

    • @TheGrayRoast
      @TheGrayRoast Před 8 lety +5

      "ICW jumped on the Grado hype train..."
      ICW helped start the Grado hype train.
      "...and would not be anywhere near where they are without him."
      While there is an element of truth to this, they were doing alright before Grado. They went from maryhill with 50 odd people, to the garage with a few hundred people before Grado set foot in the door.
      Grado came at the right time and is a terrific draw for the company.
      "ICW is poor, loved by fanboys."
      To quote ICWs Liam Thomson, suck my arse.

    • @jacksonw8365
      @jacksonw8365 Před 7 lety

      jonnkarta grado said it himself that he sent in tapes to ICW to get booked the only hype train he had back then was the people that saw the videos because he posted in on CZcams or Facebook can't remember which one and don't really want to rewatch the interview to find out
