Boston needs to play Xavier Tillman and N Queta as they are good mix up guy who are physical on the Boards. I know a lot of things point towards Boston in this game, however, indianas offensive numbers are not a fluke. They are in the conference finals for a reason. I don’t expect Boston to be plus 20 at the stripe again tonight. Even if Boston has a better shooting night tonight I still think the pacers can keep this game close. I just can’t trust Boston to keep their foot on the gas because they have proven that when they get up in a series they tend to let off. Stay away for me but I would actually lean pacers with the public if I was gonna play it.

Steve my model has the total at 234.4 with a playoff adjustment it would come to about 228-229 with Boston -4. I know people are looking to fade Boston because of their game 2 issues but I’m not so sure we can fade them simply from that alone. So here’s my battle. The Pacers have to comeback to earth with their shooting % sometime but, if the eliminate the turnovers and at least cut them in half I still think they have a chance to cover the spread and keep the total over. Pacers being disrespected as if they have no chance. Had to get a little Pacers for series at over 8-1. This is a competitive series to my eye. All the Pacers had to do was inbound the ball with 10 seconds left, a 3 point lead, in the bonus…and before that if Haliburton didn’t knee the ball out of bounds, game was very likely over…cannot believe they ended up throwing away that W. However, on that last inbound to Siakam, that would have been called a foul if the Celtics was inbounding.
Pacers team total under 108. Idk about that. In game 5 maybe. Pacers only went under team total in playoffs 3 times. Game 1 against bucks an both games 5 in other series. I’m a bit nervous about the noticeable difference in rebounding by the pacers since that blowout loss to the Knicks last series. Seeing Siakam get 12 (11 minus overtime minutes) rebounds and turned get 10 was shocking. I’ve been cashing siakam under nine alt rebounds forever. Not as much recently. Point being, if Myles turner is rebounding, he may be playing more inside consistently. Celtics are obviously weak inside… I could see turned getting 15 again fairly easily, even though I want to fade him.
