Leandria I know how you feel. I lost my baby brother years ago and I still can't fathom it even now. We were so close. My other siblings talk about him to remember on Father's day and his birthday, but I just can't get involved. I'm 60 now and I still can't handle it. I hear certain songs and I remember us together and what we were doing. It stings and hurt so much in my gut and spirit. So overwhelming! If he could just see his big sister now and let me know he's alright.

It reaffirms that not even grief can steal my joy, because even in difficult times I have His Love. Leandria I know how you feel. I lost my baby brother years ago and I still can't fathom it even now. We were so close. My other siblings talk about him to remember on Father's day and his birthday, but I just can't get involved. I'm 60 now and I still can't handle it. I hear certain songs and I remember us together and what we were doing. It stings and hurt so much in my gut and spirit. So overwhelming! If he could just see his big sister now and let me know he's alright.

I was having a pretty good December, one of the best in years. But today I learned a close relative passed yesterday(RIP Mickey, gonna miss you dude). I hopped in my car for a drive and the first song that comes on is 'All I Got', and just had to give God praise. I literally just downloaded this record yesterday, not knowing my close relative had passed the same day. Thank God for a word in season. It reaffirms that not even grief can steal my joy, because even in difficult times I have His Love.
