In 19th-century Macedonia, a young girl is kidnapped and then transformed into a witch by an ancient spirit. Curious about life as a human, the witch accidentally kills a peasant in the nearby village and then takes her victim's shape to live life in her skin. The whole affair has a creepy experimental film vibe. There are some mildly gory moments as she consumes the entrails of her victims, but nothing especially gruesome. I see maria as a lost ruined women who tries to manipulate Venna. But when Venna gets a good life Maria as she is jealous of Venna tries to ruin Venna's life by backbiting her to her husband and mother in law if it was a real life because Venna is also same as Maria and lived like her but got a good life . Some girls gets bad company in life and ruins their life but some chooses the good path and changes. This is a lesson
