Thanks for posting this. I never knew I had the option. Also, can you explain why someone would want to do this by explaining what the various options do and don't do? I don't believe I've ever used the variable traffic thing and I thought Autopilot was what FSD used on the highway, like it switched to Autopilot itself when it got on the highway. That may have been the old way.

Wait, those tabs are actual settings? I'm having this exact issue where I get the same message you do in FSD tab about disabling FSD, but I have no idea how to do it. I want to use TACC so I simply just need to click on Autopilot instead?

Yeah, cruise control you're control of the steering wheel and stopping (unless behind a lead car), autopilot the car keeps you in one lane but you're in charge of lane changing and stopping (unless there's a lead car), FSD the car does everything while you monitor it.

I didn’t have to do any of that as I’ve always had FSD…..but after the software update it nerfed my controls. Again I could switch between FSD and cruise control on the fly. Now I have to turn off FSD to get cruise control and “stop” and park to reactivate FSD….whos doing that on a commute. Guess “off” it shall stay.
