I had the worst experience in UAE!! Most of the company looks for reference and for name sake they companies are taking a walk-in interview!! They are already selected cousins or friends as the candidates and for sake most of the companies are conducting the interview!! For name sake!! Without reference no job in UAE!! 👎

@@VakkeelAnju infront of me in interview they selected a candidate having reference and I asked him how come you got the job he said very frankly i had reference in this company without reference and fake experience you won't job in UAE!! The highlighting thing that guy was that guy sitting next to me and we both attended the interview he can't even say "tell about self" lack of english , experience no knowledge but got selected!! And I got rejected even though I performed in that interview, the interviewer is not ready to hear ask anything what I'm saying for sake they are taking the interview and told me will call you!!
Wrong!! I had no reference n still found a good job. Yes references help anywhere in the world but if you don't have talent you don't survive . Instead of making unnecessary videos, try hard ,polish your skills and get a good job..
You all know how strict uae gov is with social media right, if they find such videos then that alone enough to throw you out of the country..

I have been there 4 months and each interview there will be 200 candidates and the company use to take candidates reference i have faced the issue not you!! Still there are many more people there finding jobs but not able to get a job!! Most of them know that and this is the reality in UAE !!
