April reflects on her childhood and the path that led her to stop eating. As she felt gripped and empowered at first by the lure of anorexia, she failed to see the lies and deceit she had fallen for. Hiding the truth from her family she suffered alone until a new prescribed medication caused weight gain and thus sent her world spinning into utter chaos and turmoil. At this point, she accepted help in the form of prayer. What followed changed April's life forever.
