Thing is that at the end of the show Joe revealed that it was a fake blunt and that there was no weed in it, as to not interfere with Mikes training program. So Joe basically made Mike act as if he was high due to social pressure I guess, even though he didn't really hit any real stuff - and thus making Mike look like an insecure fool.
