Do not enter this nightmare guys, I contracted a sim mobile plan from them and even after canceling the contract and paying everything, with the attendant confirming that everything is settled and canceled (after 50 minutes on the phone), I just received an email with a bill to be paid next month. Here we go again to more stress
Why this app does not switch on/off 'child safe'?? This feature is no longer working!!! It was working by accessing my account in Virgin Media Website. 😠😠😠😠😠
Take control with an almost completely automated system and workers with no interest in doing their job ! Must be a joke. I got sent a busted hub3/modem and I just wanted it replaced but found it to be an impossible task in an automated system that has you insanely running around in circles and getting nowhere. I found the same problem when trying to cancel my service because I was sick of having my time wasted while I payed for a service I couldn't use, so I have cancelled the direct debit and put your busted equipment on the porch which I informed your uninterested workers of on the what's app messaging service but they've taken no notice ! So please don't send me bills and fines when you try to take money next month and find you cant because the direct debit has been cancelled, or try to fine me and put interest on it then send debt collectors or anything like that which you insane rich parasitic mechanised trash always do to the commoner. What's even worse is that other commoners screw other commoners over to help the rich screw everyone over ! I want a full refund on every penny I have payed plus interest for my wasted time and stress you've caused me. Your automated service is just pure insanity created by insane people (really is nothing new under the sun) and I'll never use it ever again, you people are going to jail because you're nothing but theiving con artists 👍
