that is a design.my only concern is that being a store that means there are no fences or if there are the gates will always open..but its up to the owner if he or she ever used this design to figure whats best to protect his house and make his store profitable..
We make steel sunshade sir that can be used to close down front store. Sorry i forgot to make one:) thanks for the suggestions sir

Hi sir. Here in the the Philippines for rough finished house it costs 15k/sqm. While for standard its 25k/sqm.

Hi sir paul. Bali ganito po sir. Yung design ko po libre po yan, ok lang po na kopyahin nyu. Ang request kulang sir maghire po kayu ng architect o civil engineer para magdraft ng plan.

Hi sir richard, mahirap po sir. Rough finished po ay 15k per sqm. Tapos standard finished naman po 25k per sqm. Guide lang po yan sir. Pwede pong bumaba basta hindi ganun ka mahal kukunin nyung tiles, paint etc.
