  • Dave Babych joins Brendan Morrison as they head up to Hakai Pass and fish out of Joe’s Salmon Lodge with owner Doug Stuffco. They get into world famous northern coho, vicious Ling Cod and Tyee sized Chinook salmon.

Hey Brendan, thanks for the beautiful footage. If you're into a collab, a little competition between you and some buddies and me my girls may be in order. Work Channel - North Coast, Spring 2021??

@@ReelWestCoast I wont be staying at Joe's. We have a big enough boat to crash on. Just curious to know where to find 60 pounder Bay.

Mooching with cut plug herring... It has become a totally lost art in the modern day of downriggers, radioactive glow spoons and side scanning sonars.

We love all types of fishing but there is something extra special about cut plugging. Seeing the rod bump and letting some line out while trying to convince the fish to bite. Then it clamps on and it's go time! It's a great experience for sure.
