Thank you! That categorical NO is what we often need to hear when it comes to divine rulings instead of seeking help in the secular and liberal concepts in an attempt to justify our Deen before the non-Muslim audiences on matters concerning the women, prohibited (haram) or legitimate (halal) deeds through scientific or other means. Unless Allah clearly explained in the Qur'an, His NO, or YES for that matter, doesn't need argumentation using our relatively weak 3D perception limited to this world only. Allahu A'alam!

Some scholars have included judicial leadership into political leadership and therefore they say that the position of Amir and Qadhi are restricted for the men alone because of the Prophet's hadith rejecting women's leadership. What do you say about this? Is this a matter of ikhtilaf?
👍👍👍
