V3 8 18 23 Long Bridge Railfanning

On Friday, August 18, 2023, fifteen DCNRHS members and friends gathered on the Esplanade at Long Bridge Park in Arlington, Virginia from four in the afternoon until dusk to watch the evening parade of trains go by. This informal social gathering was held in lieu of the normal third Friday evening presentation. In total, the group saw twenty Amtrak and Virginia Railway Express passenger trains during the evening. This video includes some of the trains seen that evening.
