Glendale Police cracks down on drivers 'Caught Misbehaving'

- Because of a 72 percent uptick in fatal crashes, Glendale Police Department's Traffic Division, along with El Mirage and Peoria Police departments, is conducting large scale traffic enforcement crackdowns on drivers refusing to follow the rules of the road. Stanley Roberts was invited to ride with officers to watch as they conduct the enforcement, which is scheduled to last for a couple of months.
The woman in the last segment is hopeless. She learned nothing and is a menace on the road.
Of course she didn't learn nothing she has shit for brains in her head!!!

Hey Stanley the lady who didn't stop for the flashing red lights and not stopping for the red and blue flashing cop car lights she's the one who shouldn't be driving no excuses for what she did great job Stanley.
Not only did she get away with it and she wasn't dragged out of her car and cuffed like she would have been any where else in America but the cop was way too damm nice about it drivers like that lady are the reason there are so many accidents.

My city, gives out tickets like tic tacs a club. If their automated vehicle citation device fails, their traffic coppers (MC and Vehicle) pull out the old 'citation book' from their posse box...
I wish no one a ticket but to be on local news saying you machine is busted isn't a good optic for that PD.
Message to the Glendale cops get with the program if your computer isn't working to give a ticket do it the old fashion way hand write it.
If they don't learn the rules, they shouldn't be driving.

I live off Northern and 43rd Avenues in Phoenix. I often use Northern west bound and every time I do I see people disregarding the 30 mile per hour speed limit at Apollo High School. Glendale PD should be sitting at both ends of the area controlled by the flashing amber lights!! The signs are posted saying the speed limit is 30 MPH when the lights are flashing. The lights are intermittent top and bottom and are clearly visible to both east and west bound traffic. These lights were placed there because a few high school students were hit in the crosswalks around the intersection of Northern and 47th Avenues. I personally have been flipped off for obeying the speed limit, been yelled at and had vehicles pass me by on the right and left of the center westbound lane. A hefty ticket for speeding should be issued, and the fine doubled for it being a school area!!!!
Everybody knows the rules they just choose not to follow them. Please give more tickets.🙏🏻🙏🏻

For Hawk lights it's follow the following rule... Red flashing... STOP and only go if No one is in the crosswalk in either direction.
Solid Red. Stop until red light is totally off or starts to Flash Red. And then follow the rule for "Flashing red". Flashing yellow slow your A$$ down and maybe get ready to stop and then again follow the Red flashing rule.
I don't understand why they should be educated, did they not have to take the same tests that i did?

That's because they were doing to many pretextual stops that had nothing to do with safety.
I saw a video where the driver was a army guy and pulled over safety at a gas station. He was black...need I say more. He got pepper sprayed and handcuffed and man handled just for not pulling over IMMEDIATELY. Now here is a lady who did not pull over for MILES with a police siren and lights behind her and she gets off FREE.~!
The last lady is owner at Angkor Donuts and Daliz Ice cream. She is a great person and they have such delicious food!! My favorite is the thai version of a carne asada burrito. They varry in so much good food that you just gotta give them a visit!.💯
And that lady is the reason why theres accidents but its cool hope she doesnt kill me one day driving near there

Look into the traffic on Glendale ave between Luke Air Force Base and the Stadium! People drive like a bat outta hell down that road! Born and raised here in AZ this has gotten so bad in the last 3 to 5 years. People are so rude on the roads now days its pathetic! How are these idiots getting a license?

There is no excuses for running red lights flashing and solid the flashing red light at a hawk light means treat it like a stop sign if you can't learn to stop for red lights solid or flashing then you shouldn't be driving.
@@acedriverboi2429 It is a bad design. People are used to stop signs and red lights, which is why there is far less problem with them. Even drivers yacking on their phones like you do notice them. This is bad design as most people will not be sure what it is.

For a dutchguy like me the way traffic is regulated, the multitude of signs, trafficlights across the street instead of before the crossing ....... its kinda weird. Not that we are angels in traffic but just for the fun of it look at some YT about dutch traffic design ?

Did you ever consider the fact that some Police Departments have removed the written citations (due to human errors) and replaced them with electronic tablets/writers only?? You can not blame the cop for a poor decision made by management.
