- Gwyneth Paltrow on Friday took the stand in her trial against retired optometrist Terry Sanderson, who is suing the star claiming a 2016 crash on a Utah ski hill that left him with four broken ribs and a brain injury was her fault. Sanderson took the stand Monday.
So who's telling the truth? We employed the help of Janine Driver, a body language expert who spent 18 years as an investigator with the Federal Law Enforcement, to break down the testimony.

It's funny when the defense was questioning him he couldn't remember a thing. Not his own weight, not his own height, danced around questions. But man, when the prosecution questioned him, he could recite a 3 hour play script. Suddenly, he could remember every single detail from that day.
