In this Boat Life channel update, we discuss why we are leaving Grenada earlier than expected to head north. Traditionally, we would wait until the end of October, when hurricanes are over, to sail to northern islands. This year, however, we've made an early move. Find out why.

Looks like the Britican crew is really doing well waiting on brother Sam to make his turn. St Lucia resort looks to be quite a find for luxury on the cheap. Awesome. Looking forward to seeing the Britican crew in December in St. Martin. Wish you well on your passage to Antigua.

Actually (and we did not know this earlier), St Lucia is just as safe as Grenada based on historical records of hurricanes. I thought that was very interesting. Smiles, Kim
Hi Guys, we are still in lockdown and it’s getting worse, but I have two shots now.
Have not been on the water for I think two months now.
You are making me so jealous doing 8 knots on a flat sea and out doing the two cats.
By the way did you end up eating all the frozen fish I’ve got for you to make Salmon Gravlax ?

Great local knowledge on Resort mooring balls. Do you just checkin through the resort? Seem to remember there are def some less friendly options there?
Trevor - right now it's very dead so it's quiet. The resort/marina has moorings and docks. The mooring balls are not good right now but they're earmarked for an upgrade very soon. When entering the bay you have to let people know that you want a marina ball rather than a private ball. To my knowledge the private balls are going to me taken out...in addition to some of the destroyed boats. The resort/marina has been taken on by new owners so there are some improvements being made. Everyone was super nice while we were there. Smiles, Kim

How much are they charging for COVID test now
Depends what country you're in Jodi. Grenada is charging $150 US, St Lucia is $100 US and other countries are charging $20. Kim
