What makes the Caesar Salad so great is the simplicity of the ingredients. I made a Caesar salad with waiter Enrique Montoya with the help of Javier Plascencia.
I saw another video where they made the dressing at this exact restaurant and they used grape seed oil along with olive oil. That's what I have been doing and it is delicious. Don't believe all this mayonnaise and lemon stuff on the internet. Great original right here, thank you!!
Please take the mom to at your table ceaser salad. It’s just a wonderful happy event. Problem is trying to find a restaurant that makes the salad at your table.
No the brother Alex Cardini who was there before Caesar invented it. It was originally called the aviator salad. Then the Alex & Caesar Cardini salad which of course got shortened to the Caesar salad. Italian obviously.
This restaurant did not create ceaser dressing tasting history has a detailed video on its origins but it was stolen a few times and sold as original like here
I had all these ingredients at home. I just watched this video and literally made an amazing salad. This recipe is spot on thank you!
you had romaine lettuce at home?.........i dont believe you!

I want to thank the wonderful staff and ownership at Caesar's for their hospitality shown towards my family member Joseph Ortiz.
I loved that he tried the other salad to see what it was supposed to taste like.

I’m so glad to have easily found this video.. making a vegan version of this!
no, it's Italian
I would never, ever visit Tijuana but this salad, prepared table side, looks amazing.
Its not bad TJ is growing and there's a lot of new development. If you mind your business you'll be fine.
@@Somewondude But but but the Tijuana CARTEL?????
Stop believing the propaganda and fear mongering

I call bullshit. This salad was made many many many years ago in Italy. It was just re-created here.

The poor son of Mr. Cardini, is a chef and moved to Mexico City, I don't know why he did that
He did well

Yeah, That's NOT the original recipe. No Anchovies!
@@thernsa The REAL recipe doesn't use anchovies, It use Worchestershire sauce
Recipes are made to be modified and customized!
Anchovies give it that " umami" flavor. A must!
😄 For a stupid salad?
Guess who’s more STUPID? YOU…..
