Jangar is a heavy rock quartet from Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. Formed in 2015, the band consists of Gusten Keniten (vocals), Raibio (bass), Pasek Darmawaysya (drums), and Dewa Adi (guitar).
Jangar's musical style often incorporates heavy riffs, powerful drum beats, and voices about local politics and social issues, environmental movements, parties and urban legends. Together, their music captures loud and fast jams with a sense of heavy metal, punk, and rock n roll.

How many songs tho can you really understand the lyrics without reading. Lyrics are arbitrary, you make your own story in your head no matter what you hear

Also for the last fifty years because of the ‘industry’ bands have had to force themselves to sing American because we sell more records. Well, now that no one buys records, it’s going back to how it’s always been, sound and music is universal heartbeat, vocals are just another instrument in the composition. All Music is folk music. It’s why songs not written about you can feel incredibly personal.

@@Ethyl.breaks I respect your opinion. But lyrics are as essential to as song just as much as the music. In my opinion the two are connected. The music is the foundation but the lyrics are the roof. I’m sure what ever he is singing about is deep and emotional. I can feel that thru the tone of his voice. I’m also a fellow musician. I play the guitar and sing. So I have respect for these gents. So when i listen to a song that I can relate to lyric wise and music wise I have a connection with that song. I could name 1000snd songs.
