I'm an old timer, and I can tell you that all this crazy weather started back in the early Obama years. They started messing around with spraying chemicals in the atmosphere 2 prevent global warming. The program had a name but I can't remember what it was but the freaky weather started happening just a year or so after they started doing it. At the time they called it chemtrails from Jets. The sky was always hazy back then but they found a less obvious way of doing it now . Anyone notice that when the water supply was really being threatened to the wealthiest Resorts and homes all of a sudden there was record rainfall. That ought to tell you right there. They can make it rain or snow they just can't shut it off once they start it. It's not global warming.
Well, I have to find my tin foil hat and put it on, but here goes my 2 cents. The HAARP site in Platteville Colorado had it Ionosphere heaters turned off around 1987, so it's reported. The site still had power and vehicles present up until it was turned over to the Atmosphere Research Center in Boulder CO. It was then the site move it impressive antenna array to the Platteville site, for the Erie Colorado site. During that time a huge amount of power was ran into the site. Two large solar farm were placed nearby, and the generating plant North of Fort Lupton added two more natural gas turbans. Suddenly, the plant started running day and night. I noticed this because I lived within the zone that I could hear the plant. Windsor Colorado had a massive EF3, 1/4 mile wide tornado which is unusual for Colorado. It started a few hundred feet due West of the Platteville site, and tracked North West. In the next few years, 2 more tornados appeared approximately the same area, and tracked due South. These were low powered rope style tornados and dissipated without doing much damage. You can look up "tornado, Fort Lupton Colorado" and find videos on the lesser tornados. From what I've read, most of the chemicals that are in use now come from Wichita KS. I do know if you watch the jets, you can see their exhaust turn on and off, even when they are stable altitude wise. It's possible that this is all part of our changing weather, so do the research and decide yourself. Smiles.
The current climate data shows no increase in storms, hurricanes or increasing rainfall. The problem is the increase in rain runoff due to the increasing urbanisation of the landscape, more building, roads, railways, tarmac and concrete.
The moment you voiced "climate change" to dam issues I knew I was listening to politically motivated opinions, not facts. The earth has been undergoing climate change for eons and will continue to do so long after we are gone. The major difference now is that public policy and fiscal policies are conveniently attached to this religious-like faith, with scientist's in the discipline serving as self-appointed high priests. It would have been funny 35 years ago; now it is just sadly pathetic.
