However, where do you send your viewers/prospects when they fill out your form, and do you have something set to where it automatically sends them information(such as a newsletter)? Right now I"m set up to send them to my google sheets named Real Estate Newsletter Responses, but I have no automation right now to make life easier. I'm just trying to pull it all together after creating the funnels, Is there a better way?
Hi there! Thank you so much for watching my videos. I totally get where you're coming from. Personally, because I'm an Agent with eXp Realty, I get access to KvCore for free, which is our CRM and lead generation software. It lets me create simple lead pages where potential clients can enter their email. Then, on the backend, I can set up automatic emails or campaigns when I get a new lead. This sends them the guide or newsletter without me having to do it manually. But I know not every agent has access to these fancy CRMs, so that's why I made this video… but I do realize that the automation part of lead capture and nurture is important. That's why I am planning to create a video on how to create a simple automation between google forms and gmail using Zapier. I hope to have that video out soon, so please stay tuned!

I kept trying but no luck , What I had to do is write the words Sign up Here with an underscore and hyperlinked the form into that, in case someone else has the same issue. Do you have any idea why it didn't embed it? just curious, because it would be much easier for the person to not have to leave the webpage. thaaaaanks!!!

Hi Ron, glad to hear that you were still able to create this landing page. It's been a while since I created this video and Canva does change the platform around and sometimes the embed links don't work like you see in my tutorial. My suggestion is to take an element or a shape to create a "clickable button" by hyperlinking that element with your google form link. I hope that makes sense. Hi there! Thank you for watching my video and thank you for the question. Yes, you can actually see insights or rather the analytics of how many people are coming across your Canva site. Just open of the canva wesbite doc-type you created for your website, in the design window, in the upper right corner to the left of the preview button, there is the chart Icon and if you click that, you can see the insights there 👍🏼
@@ledaneindustrial9898 Cool! As for mobile viewing, that is just how Canva makes the google form look unfortunately. If you are not happy with google forms, look into embedding a typeform instead - although will need to have a login account with that platform.

Unfortunately, Canva “websites” are not SEO driven… the concept of this landing page is for you to use on your social media profile (ie. Insert into your IG bio or a bio link site like LinkTree). In this case you would drive traffic from your social following or use it as a CTA (call to action) on the content you create. Or many Real Estate Agents I know will run paid facebook or instagram ad to the Canva URL.
Hi Meme, since the recording of this video Canva has changed the user interface and for some reason the layout tab is no longer there, which is a bummer. So my work around this is to open a regular presentation doc-type in Canva, locate the layouts tab in the design toggle on the left hand panel, find a layout that you like, and then just copy and paste the design from the presentation design into your Canva website design. Hi Jenn - are you using Canva on Chrome? I suggest that browser. Embedding can be a bit finicky, so try a blank page on Canva first, click on the background and copy and paste. If you are still having troubles, shoot me a message on Instagram 👍🏼

Hi there, honestly, sometimes the embedding the google form onto the landing page works and sometimes it doesn't. I don't know why that is. Sorry! You can troubleshoot by creating a copy of either the form and Canva website and see if that works. If all else fails, I advise hyperlinking a button to that form instead.

Hmm… I’m not sure why that is. For now, may I suggest hyperlinking the Google form to an element shape so that it looks like a clickable button to users.
Hi Derek, I noticed that after I published this video, things have changed in the back-end of Canva... I hoping that, that tab comes back! But as of right now, those page template layouts are still available when you create a presentation on Canva.
Hi Terrina, my best advice is to first click the page you want the form to show up on and either right click with your mouse and copy or use your keyboard shortcut to copy and paste (ie. Command + V for mac or Control + V for other computers.) If that doesn't work, go to the left hand design panel, look for apps button, search for embed, and paste your link in that way. I hope this helps!

I did a website on Canva, because I am a travel agent I need to have a privacy policy, terms and conditions, etc on my website. they provided me with some coding to add to my website but "embed" is not working, nothing is working looks like I can just add a URL link nothing else. do you know how to do it by any chance?
Currently, I don't think Canva supports HTML coding. Canva websites are very basic.
Im having the same issue that only the link is showing up, I've tried using embed and to says it doesn't support, and Im using chrome. What should I do?

Hmm… I’m not sure why that is. For now, may I suggest hyperlinking the Google form to an element shape so that it looks like a clickable button to users.

Hi Derek, I noticed that after I published this video, things have changed in the back-end of Canva... I hoping that, that tab comes back! But as of right now, those page template layouts are still available when you create a presentation on Canva.

Hi Terrina, my best advice is to first click the page you want the form to show up on and either right click with your mouse and copy or use your keyboard shortcut to copy and paste (ie. Command + V for mac or Control + V for other computers.) If that doesn't work, go to the left hand design panel, look for apps button, search for embed, and paste your link in that way. I hope this helps!
