@Kitty Stargaze actually the budget was pretty high on this season compared to others. They just didn't use it to it's full potential, cut corners and gave its viewers a boring, done-before plot that caused a lot of the Japanese viewers not to tune in. That's why this season almost got the franchise cancelled because of its low viewership.
