Color splits are so much fun! This shirt is amazing, I really enjoy the ice dying process. Much more abstract and hands off. You get it set up and let the ice do the work, very "chill" 😂 love the shirt!
Funny. I'm wearing a shirt today that I folded and dyed like this. I absolutely love it but it's not dyed on my favorite blank. I wanted to do another one today with my favorite blank, Land's End pima cotton relaxed fit. I have a book that I log all my dyes into but I knew I'd saved the tutorial from you. It was easier to jog my brain into memory by finding your tutorial in my library. Since I always enjoy watching and listening to you, I review your tutorials often. Thank you for all you do, Angie!
That's great! I have a notebook I write down the information about my dyes in too. It's amazing how easy it is to forget what colors you used on a shirt. 🙂
Yep, it's really pretty. Colors, gorgeous. Fold, interesting. Splits, so many beautiful splits. Movement, great flow. Agreed, all colors together go so well. But yes, hard to see what splits from what color, but the colors ARE fabulous. Thanks, Angie!!! 🥰🥰🥰
The colors look wonderful and like you said 'a lot going on'. The optical effect is both cool and unnerving, almost like the shirt is 'bulging' out towards the viewer.
What a wonderful shirt! Are you going to try Old Rose again? I would love to see the color splits it produces. Your designs are beautiful. Since you seem to let every shirt process for 48 hours how many do you having processing at any one time? Thank you for another great video.
Thank you! I intend on trying the Old Rose again. I'm really curious how it looks by itself. I normally do quite a few shirts at one time. I try to plan out what designs I'm going to do and tie several shirts at once. That's why most of my shirts are dry by the time I get around to applying the dye. I usually have multiple shirts processing at the same time. It makes rinse out fun - it's always exciting to see what they look like when they are untied! 😀
I love everything about this shirt. The design and colors are gorgeous! Is the Dharma black you used the #39 black hollidye color they offered? I'm really loving that black color they offered.
First impression a giant skeleton hand, Super cool like this style
That's cool, thank you! 😀

Your shirt is stunning, Angie, and your descriptions are always spot on as I thought peacock, too. Thanks for the inspiration.

Absolutely gorgeous. This helps me a lot because later today I want to do incline ice with gray black and reds
Thank you! I'm glad it helped. That color combination is one of my favorites.
Wow, this looks amazing Angie love how it all split together like that. I’ve done the diagonal fold but nothing like this. Thanks for sharing.😁✌️
Thanks so much 😊

Amazing
Thank you so much! 😊
I love it ❤ I also like old rose. I don't recognize it in your shirt, but I used it as a single color dye with great results.
Thank you! I need to try it by itself. 🙂
✨💜✨

Thank you! Yes, I think that black is really pretty too. Black dye is full of such cool color splits! 🙂
