I am sure it means the End of the line for the Axis model bots made by Chujin, the underscore at the end is actually a cursor that appears like that when you are typing in a root terminal of a computer or other technical terminals.
This track really hits harder for me than the other boss fights in genocide. It seems to capture both Axis's desperation and the Apotheosis that Clover undergoes during this fight. It feels really personal for them, because they suspect or have a gut feeling that Axis was involved with one of the human's deaths even before Axis admits it. So this is the first opportunity Clover has had to exact actual vengeance. You can feel that anger in the song.
personally I think axis is so badass in this route. Clover cannot do anything to him, literally, and hes the one fuming over Axis. But then when he hears what Axis did, in a cruel sense of Justice, he grows LOVE, Level Of Violence, probably because he is feeling so violent to the point hes straight up growing L.O.V.E, and he kills Axis. But without the LOVE boost, Axis would have won.
WOAH I just noticed a little synth noise playing the Enemy Retreating motif at 3:02 and I can't unhear it now The attention to detail in these tracks is incredible
I'm not really into that kind of things, so maybe it's just me, but this ost feels extremely sad, and in my opinion it's fitting with Axis's fear and regrets

It's weird. In both Deltarune and UTY my favorite themes come from a robot. Not to meantion in Scarlet and Violet, my favorite theme is Sada and Turo's battle theme. I guess I just really love robot boss music.

There is an underscore at the end is because the underscore is a LINE. And there is an end to it.

Just beat Journey of the Prairie King (difficult sidegame from Stardew Valley) without dying to this music. Felt fitting.
