I am 64 years old. Former musician and lead singer. I love all genres of music, but my roots are in rock ‘n’ roll. When I hear this band, I have the same feeling I had the first time I heard bat out of hell in 1976 on the radio. Or I’m still alive by Pearl Jam. These guys are going to be iconic. A lot of people say that you've changed since you came into the american market but I still see the business-suited Maneskin just like the ones in Zitti e Buoni, being wild and free and making interesting music videos, maybe for many it sounded more "underground" when you sang mostly in your native language, but I still can recognize your essence in every song, no matter the language. I noticed you've been polishing your characteristic sound as a band and I can say I'm most proud, I know you will stay true to what you represent and be great voices of this generation, I love you so much♥
well to me this song seems to be about how in hollywood there's a pressure to be and sound like everyone else, so the very fact that they're commenting on that kinds proves the point of them staying true to who they are. i can't wait for the new album, i do hope there are more songs in italian and i'd like to see another single in italian from the album, let's see. but i like their songs both in english and italian.

Their video clips are always good that's a fact ! But for the songs, I don't think the same, I think it becomes a bit more commercial than before, look at supermodel, and this one sounds a lot like I wanna be your slave and Mamma Mia even though it's still sounds good, but they should make different music such as the lonelinest which didn't sound like the other song and was a magical one to me
This track is beyond excellent, I don't understand why it has so few views. A rare song that manages to put me in the mood even when I'm sad, maneskin is wonderful, they pay attention to each of their songs and unique pieces come out. I love the lyrics so much. I love it when they say "they'll never be naked" I think its meaning it's both literally and a metaphor, Maneskin has no taboo in showing themselves or their body, they have nothing to hide, they're not ashamed of making others uncomfortable with their realness, Vic gets a lot of comments on how she's almost always free and naked, in such a wild way, that people find it offensive. It's such a great commentary on the culture popular people with fake perfect lives who never dare to face their flaws openly. God, I love this band.

For example i think many (not all) transgender people operate themselves because they are still not accepted by the society and they try to hide the fact that they are men. Instead they should fight for be what they wanna be.
It's most likely because there are certain cultures that are okay with showing their bodies and there are those that are not. Europeans for example are not as afraid to do so.

@@rcd016 no, es una banda que comenzó muy bien, incluso no sé supiste que ganaron eurovisión hace casi dos años, y la critica los puso como la banda con mayor proyección desde que abba ganó el mismo festival. Pero en lugar de crear, se han estancado e incluso han empezado a retroceder.

En alguno de sus videos comenté que tenían el potencial para tragarse toda la escena rock de los últimos 25 años, con excepción de muse (y hasta ahora me lo sigue pareciendo), pero cada vez están más lejos de ese punto, cuando eurovisión los había dejado muy cerca.

I love it when they say "they'll never be naked" I think its meaning it's both literally and a metaphor, Maneskin has no taboo in showing themselves or their body, they have nothing to hide, they're not ashamed of making others uncomfortable with their realness, Vic gets a lot of comments on how she's almost always free and naked, in such a wild way, that people find it offensive. It's such a great commentary on the culture popular people with fake perfect lives who never dare to face their flaws openly. God, I love this band.

I love how their unique temperament also shows in every music video they make. Damiano and Victoria are definitely the craziest, boldest ones, Thomas seems slightly insecure but tries to follow their lead, and Ethan - while embracing all what Maneskin is -, well, he just seems like a more reserved, introverted guy.
I love how they let everyone be their own self instead of trying to fit into a certain kind of person.
I also have to add even though Thomas is humble his talent is absolutely next level. They are all such talented and amazing kids.

@@rcd016 no, es una banda que comenzó muy bien, incluso no sé supiste que ganaron eurovisión hace casi dos años, y la critica los puso como la banda con mayor proyección desde que abba ganó el mismo festival. Pero en lugar de crear, se han estancado e incluso han empezado a retroceder.

En alguno de sus videos comenté que tenían el potencial para tragarse toda la escena rock de los últimos 25 años, con excepción de muse (y hasta ahora me lo sigue pareciendo), pero cada vez están más lejos de ese punto, cuando eurovisión los había dejado muy cerca.
