I just want to say as someone who dialed in my own fitness and put on 8lbs of muscle and recomped, people should not limit themselves because they think that they are not Hollywood stars and lack access to "the best" trainers etc. I thought this way my early twenties and most of my life and kept myself from building my dream physique until I just decided to figure it out myself and test the hypothesis of my ability. I was always lean but felt I'd to become wealthy to get the best to fulfil my goals. Taught myself everything from scratch about muscle and protein synthesis, hypertrophy, biomechanics etc. My knowledge along with reviews from sport scientists actually revealed that most hollywood trainers are all hype and lots of redundant, inefficient training methods. Turns out the nutrition was similar too. Just buzz words and trendy nonsense. Turns out "we are not rich and famous" is the fancy excuse for not getting off our butts and just doing it. I'm a do it yourself type and I'm diciplined but someone else might need a trainer, a training buddy for accountability to get going. Figure out your method and make no excuses.

It's good to see someone who figured it our with what they had available to them, we definitely have the ability to get into perfect shape but Hollywood does make it easier/faster when you have personal chefs and other things. It's certainly not an excuse though.

@@successandlifestyleontiktok thank you. The way I see it, if Hollywood made it easier, Oprah wouldn't have struggled so much with her weight despite being part owner of weight watchers. She's on ozempic now. Most people that qualify can get it regardless of fame. I think fame and wealth gives you access to all kinds of things eg performance enhancing drugs and doctors to monitor you as you juice up (very common), access to surgeries from the best, access to new therapies before they become mainstream (ozempic). Some of the best trainers are regular PhD sports scientists and they don't train any celebs. They write papers, conduct experiments and own small gyms. Many celeb trainers do garbage but charge an arm. They sell snow to the folks in North Pole. I remember watching Kim's workout once and laughed. Access to chef is great but knowledge is king. That's why when they become broke, they become fat too and lose the looks. They can't think and choose for themselves. Someone might say, well I don't have time to cook a healthy meal so I order out. You could order a grilled chicken sandwich or fries + soda. That's still in your control. What you are choosing to order.

The mustache suits him because his philum or philtrum (don't remember) is a little too long.
