PS5 Maintenance - Why is it overheating - Long cut

PS5 shut down when the customer playing. This Ps5 was never cleaned before. You can't see when we cleaned out the heatsink. It was full of dust/dirt, so we blew it out outside.

I think you are asking for the Torx 8 screwdriver.
