I thought they were like natural fulgurites, when you use a metal rod to cause lightning strikes to hit pure sand, creating glass.
Thunder eggs are a geological formation where mineral and agate can be drawn in to a hot gas bubble.
I was curious if you could remove the entire outer layer, leaving just the mineral/agate formation in the center.
Instead of a 2D slice or half, the 3D part in the center.
I do not think it is possible, maybe with a laser and a computer, someone could make a 3D model and print it, idk.

OMG, I went to Richardson's Ranch in Oregon when my body was ten sun cycles of age! I had a thunder egg from there for a long time. 👍

Some of those look like landscapes and/or oceans with sky. Gorge

I have one Richardson thunder egg. I love them. That had to a blast cutting all of them. Fun to see what they are going to look like inside of all of them. I like the star patterns. That's a bunch of awesomeness!

The one at 4:50 looks like a landscape painting. Looks like something that Bob Ross would paint mountains and sky also a beach at the bottom.

I never get tired of seeing what may be hidden inside a rock. You found some pretty cool pieces.
