Today I’m working on a vintage themed dark ride in the first area of Epic Park! In this episode I’m also talking a bit about struggles while creating new parks in Planet Coaster and what I had in mind for this dark ride.

You can use a trigger at the very start of the ride to set the time to night, and have one at the end to set it back to day. I even do this with rides that go inside a building and go back outside so the lighting stays how you want it

I'm hoping so much, that the PC2 engine will finaly allow for REAL darkrides.... That go IN and Out of Buildings into the Sunlight!
There are so many Coasters/Rides IRL, that take advantage of that sudden change in Brightness.
Yea absolutely! I would already be happy with better lighting - like an improved version without complete darkness but really a lot darker :)
