  • In this adventure we are crossing state lines and heading to Philadelphia, and it only takes about 90 minutes by train.
We left New York on an Amtrak train and what a great journey, the big leather reclining seats were soooooo comfy and we had so much leg room, it was better than the Virgin plane we flew on đŸ€Ł and we were only in economy đŸ€Ż
Philadelphia was such a beautiful city and while there we had to try a Philly Cheesesteak and oh boy was it good, we also sneaked a few other delicious foods in aswell.
We took in some of this history of this great country and visited the Liberty Bell and the site of the first Presidents house.
Oh and a trip to Philly wouldn't be complete without running up the famous Philadelphia Museum of Art Steps, which we all know as the Rocky steps, one of us doesn't quite make it all the way up 😄

You need to go to the mutter museum in Philly if you ever go back, it’s amazing.

Great to see you getting out of the "Big Apple" and to the "Philly Cheesesteak," Kev and Stacy. We can tell you didn't drink your raw eggs before scaling the steps! The cheesesteak looked wonderful but I'm not sharing mine. Might get one extra to go too! George Washington also paid for everyone to drink on election day. This was customary at the time. Only male land owners could vote and at the polls were some huge parties thrown by the candidates to secure your support! Loved your video. We enjoyed visiting our nations first capital with you, Kev and Stacey. Thanks for bringing us along.

That's interesting about election day! Drinks all round hehe. And no chance, no raw eggs for us lol đŸ€ź. We loved Philadelphia it was a great City, We especially loved the philly cheesesteak and to be fair could probably of eaten another one đŸ€ŁđŸ€«. Thanks for watching Dave and Kathy ❀

    We just moved to Philly
we will be taking that train often now that COVID is easing up.
    Jolly Ranchers!
I see that awesome train station every workday. Beautiful. I work just blocks from there.
    Wawa!!!!
Love walking Ben Franklin Parkway. All the museums
just amazing.
The amount of runners on those steps on weekends are ridiculous
as is the funnies you had with it!! đŸ€Ł Love it!
I’m in one of those deep dark basements now. We made it cheery.
Gotta add that cheeeesteak spot to our list! Not on the usual ones. We have found some fantastic spots that many tourists don’t think about, one that was Kobe Bryant’s growing up.
Reading Terminal Market! Please say you had the roast pork at Tommy DiNic’s
as good as or better than any cheesesteak!
    You got pres. 1&2 right!
The Liberty Bell with a whiskey song! đŸ€Ł
    Whoa
I might have been inside one of those office buildings you have in your shot.
Great stuff, you two! You did a lot in 9 hours!

An Irish guy hoping he is saying "Moynihan" right???? It's your own language, dude!!!! Anyway, great video, Philly is a vastly underrated city and it's one of the best escapes for New Yorkers. I also tell peopel who are tourists visiting NY to take one day to take the train ride to Philly and spend a day and come back in the evening. It's so close and easy to get to, well worth it. Also, as a proud New Jerseyan, I appreciate that you snuck in the "Trenton Makes the world Takes" sign!!! Great job all around!
